What is your cancellation policy?
Our interviewees and interviewers are both our customers. And we are Customer Obsessed at Mocki.co.
1. For a full refund, cancel your interview 3 full days in advance.
2. No-show.
- If a candidate doesn’t show up after 30 minutes, the interview is considered cancelled. We do not refund a candidate in this case as we pay our interviewer as if she/he had conducted a full interview.
- If an interviewer doesn’t show up after 30 minutes, a candidate gets a full refund and a mock interview for free.
